Refurbishment of external restaurant and eating areas
This project involved the upgrade and replacement of the building façade, construction of common eatery structures and shade areas, landscaping additions and modifications, fixed bench seating and supply of new furniture. The finished product provided an upscale meeting space for shoppers to enjoy the relaxed ambience of the precinct.
This was a sensitive working environment due to our care to cause as little noise, light and general disturbance to retailers and shoppers who were conducting “business as usual” throughout the works.
