Waratah Village

This project involved the comprehensive renovation of a retail centre’s entryway and façade, incorporating a brand new retail space. A striking new entry structure was constructed using a combination of materials including structural steel, lightweight steel framing, feature timber and aluco bond cladding and re-roofing.

Within this structure, we were able to construct a new 40 square meter retail space, offering valuable leasing opportunities for the centre. Our team considered the access, designing the site to be compliant with accessibility standards, ensuring ease of access for all customers.

The 1,500sqms of forecourt pavement were repaved in stages, ensuring continued customer and tenant access throughout the construction process.
