Telstra Building Refurbishment

This project included the major upgrade to the façade of a seven storey commercial building located on the corner of Darby St and Hunter St in Newcastle. Also included in the scope was the complete replacement of the mechanical and electrical services. The project was extremely exposed to the public and included months of works to the façades above the footpath and roadway.

Collaborative also completed works to the internal spaces of this building including base build upgrades, lobbies, amenities and high end commercial spaces across three levels of the building.
