Swansea RSL

Collaborative completed the major refurbishment and expansion of Swansea RSL Club. The works include major addition to the Northern façade of the Club, incorporating a new kitchen, dining areas, new TAB, and children’s play area on the ground floor. The upper level included the construction of a second function room, connecting two open air terraces with glorious views over the Lake.

The works were undertaken while the Club remained fully operational. With regular communication along with careful planning and sequencing of works, Swansea RSL was able to accommodate its regular but also major functions during this complex refurbishment.

The end result is a picturesque and functional club for whole community to enjoy.
