The works involved the complete demolition, rebuild and upgrade of the Stockland amenities and parent rooms across two sites – Glendale and Jesmond.
These works were completed in fully operational shopping centres, with planning and care being given to minimising noise, vibration, dust and general disruption to retailers, customers and staff. By rolling out the stages in a planned fashion, we were able to deliver this project to a high standard, with two stunning outcomes.
Our communication to stakeholders within Stockland was paramount to the successful roll out of these amenities.
