St Nicholas Childcare Centre Maitland

Collaborative completed the construction of a new childcare and vocational education centre for the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle in the centre of Maitland.

Following extensive ground remediation works, the 6,300m² site incorporated a new 600m² Vocational Education Centre, a 75 place childcare centre, 1,900m² of external play areas as well as parting, office and admin facilities.

The building was constructed over a single storey, using a combination of structural steel and lightweight framing.
