Maryland Tavern

Collaborative completed an end to end construction and fit-out of the Maryland Tavern, a premier hospitality project located on the grounds of Maryland Shopping Centre. This project was an ambitious venture, starting from a bare plot of land and transforming it into a vibrant community hub. The development included the meticulous crafting of new bars, a commercial grade kitchen, a welcoming restaurant, and a contemporary gaming area, all designed to cater to the diverse needs of patrons.

From the initial groundworks to the final touches of the interior fit-out, we ensured that the tavern not only met but exceeded industry standards, providing a sophisticated and comfortable environment for guests.

The project showcased our ability to manage complex builds, integrating multiple facets of hospitality construction to deliver a turnkey solution for our client, while delivering on time and within budget.
