Maryland Shopping Centre

Collaborative proudly undertook the comprehensive redevelopment of the Maryland Shopping Centre. This large scale venture involved a total rebuild of the existing centre, executed in three major stages to minimise disruption and maintain continuous operation for existing tenants. Our team’s expertise was pivotal in seamlessly integrating a new Woolworth’s supermarket, enhancing the retail mix and customer experience.

The project scope included the construction of specialty shops, the build of a contemporary pub/tavern, and construction and fitout of a Woolworth’s store. Throughout the construction process, our team demonstrated exceptional skill in balancing the need for ongoing centre operations with the demands of a significant redevelopment.

We ensured that safety, quality, and environmental standards were upheld, whilst our construction techniques allowed for the efficient use of resources and carefully selected materials.
