Commissioned by Leenane Templeton, this project involved the meticulous transformation of the existing structure with the addition of a new two-storey office fit out.

Our team utilised the existing façade, upgrading it to ensure a seamless blend of old and new. The complete fit-out was executed with precision, tailored to meet the specific needs of future occupants. New air conditioning systems were installed, providing an optimal working environment that prioritises comfort and energy efficiency.

Building services upgrades were a critical component of this project, encompassing electrical, plumbing, and communication systems to meet the latest standards and regulations. We also modernised these essential services, ensuring the building’s functionality and safety.
