Groves House Aged Care Facility

Collaborative has completed two major refurbishment projects at Groves House for Christian Brethren Community Services.

Stage 1 of the project included the construction of additional parking facilities, the upgrade of the main entry, construction of new retaining walls and various civil works.

Stage 2 included the construction of a new lift new dining & servery spaces, the reconfiguration of rooms and the upgrade of the entire building façade.

All works were completed while the facility was fully operational, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
