Collaborative undertook the transformation of outdated medical wards into efficient and contemporary spaces at Gosford Hospital. This complex project required meticulous planning to meet the key standards expected within a hospital environment.

The project commenced with a comprehensive strip-out of the existing facilities, which included the careful removal of asbestos-containing materials. This initial phase was necessary in preparing the space for its new purpose while ensuring the safety of our workers, patients and the hospital staff.

Following the strip-out, our team focused on overhauling the entire services infrastructure. This involved installing new electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The infrastructure upgrade was a pivotal component of the project, ensuring that the new offices would be equipped with reliable and efficient services.

The final phase of the project saw the creation of a fresh and functional interior fit-out. Our design approach prioritised a clean and professional aesthetic, tailored to accommodate the unique needs of the hospital’s administrative staff.
