Construction of a new entry structure including structural steel, lightweight steel framing, feature timber and alucobond cladding and re-roofing. Incorporated into this structure was a new 40m2 retail tenancy.

Also included in the works was repaving of 1,500m2 of forecourt pavement which was carried out in stages to ensure continued operation of the centre and minimal disruption to the tenants.
